Validate before you build
Every business in our portfolio started with a practical validation phase. We prove demand with minimal infrastructure, test unit economics in real conditions, and only invest further when the numbers justify it. This is not a startup accelerator approach � it's a commercial operator's discipline applied at portfolio level.
